Who is God? God is love, power, and splendor and God is a mystery. His ways are far beyond us, but He still reaches out to us. God is infinite yet intimate, three yet one, all knowing yet all-forgiving.

The Orangevale Seventh-day Adventist Church is a place where the hearts are always open, where you will encounter Biblical truths and wrestle with questions in a safe and welcoming community. Come join in what is happening at Orangevale!

Jesus told a parable about how a man knocked down by life’s circumstances was shown great mercy and compassion. We too are called to “Go and do likewise”, serving those in need and showing compassion to all.

You have heard give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Just as Jesus taught the disciples to be fishers of men, we too are called to share the good news of Jesus to the whole world.

Core to our beliefs as Christians, the teachings of Jesus are foundational. Jesus said, “whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst”. Indeed, give share this living water so that my burden be light and faith great.

--- Thoughtful Moment

Of all powers, love is the most powerful and the most powerless. It is the most powerful because it alone can conquer that final and most impregnable stronghold which is the human heart. It is most powerless because it can do nothing except by consent
